According to the results of the current year, the volume of non-cash payments will reach 66%. This was told by the Director of the Department of the National Payment System of the Bank of Russia Alla Bakina.

She said that the share of non-cash payments in Russia will grow by 10% in 2019.

“I think that by the end of 2019, the share of non-cash payments in Russia will increase by 10%. By the end of 2018, this figure was 56 percent, ”said Bakina.

The head of the department also said that this year the banks will join the fast payments system of the Central Bank of Russia. And from the second half of the year transfers in favor of legal entities will be possible.

Recall that yesterday the Central Bank of Russia offered the participants of the quick payment system not to charge a fee for money transfers made through it in the current year.
