Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan received Robert Whitfield, Executive Director of Global Reserves Management. The interlocutors discussed the possibilities and further steps of implementing the investment program of the waste processing plant in Armenia.

The Prime Minister noted that the government has a clear strategy for waste management and will consistently implement it. Karen Karapetyan welcomed the company's interest in implementing a garbage recycling program in our country and expressed government's willingness to provide the necessary technical assistance.

Robert Whitfield has presented to the Prime Minister the company's activities in the field of waste recycling. The parties agreed to carry out the necessary studies in the near future in order to make a preliminary assessment of the program, and then proceed on their basis.
