VTB Bank (Armenia) has joined the EarlyOne queue remote management system, facilitating customer service and speed.

The bank has stated that customers can now join a queue through the EarlyOne app and be served at their chosen branch at the selected time without waiting in the queue.

According to the bank's report, the new service will not only greatly save customers' time, but also make visits to bank branches more comfortable. To join the EarlyOne service, you need to download the EarlyOne mobile app from AppStore / PlayMarket, select VTB Bank Armenia, and then select the preferred branch, date, time and place a queue, automatically getting a coupon through the app. Going to a branch of the bank, the customer should select the " Mobile coupon confirmation " button on the queue management system, enter the number of the coupon that was originally set up by the app, and the system will call the customer on the selected time.
