ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK continues to expand thematic coverage and geography of business trainings for SME representatives within non-financial products.
According to the press release of the bank, the two-day business training took place in Goris, Syunik region, and included tourism development and newly introduced topics such as "Hotel Services Marketing", "Caring for Guests", "Motivation and HR", "Hotel Service Sales".
About 15 representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises of Syunik marz took part in the trainings. More than 650 SME representatives from over 400 organizations participated in 53 trainings organized by ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.

"The courses are moderated by middle and senior bank managers, presenting topics related to effective management and marketing. The spheres of activities of the participating organizations include services, trade, industry and agriculture", notes the report.

ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC (ACBA-Armenia) was founded in 1995 within the framework of the European Union TACIS program. In September 2006, the French Credit Agricole Bank became the largest shareholder of the bank, making considerable investments in the capital.
