"ARMBUSINESSBANK" CJSC has introduced a new ABB Telegram BOT application for users of banking services, which gives them access to information on accounts and other services via smartphones and tablets.

ABB Telegram BOT is a special page of the Bank in Telegram messenger, where it is automatically processed and instantly provides information on current account balances, nearest bank branches and ATM addresses, currency rates (also according to Armenian banks), deposit terms, promotions and special suggestions.

To use the ABB Telegram BOT application, you need:

Download the free Telegram app on your smartphone, tablet or computer, register your phone number,

Create new post in Chats section:

In the search box fill in @abbminibot and select it,

There will appear a greeting on the screen and start the ABB BOT with the Start command,

To view account balances you need to enter a password that is provided by the Bank. To activate this feature, you need to perform the following steps:

send your phone number by selecting "Send Phone Number"

enter the password

To correctly encrypt a password, select "Current Account Balances"

You cannot view the account balances without entering the password and the following message will appear on your screen: "Invalid Password - Please contact the nearest branch of Armbusinessbank CJSC to verify the password".

Information on exchange rates, the nearest branches of the bank, ATMs, terms and promotions can be received by any person, which is not necessarily a customer of the Bank. This information can be obtained without entering the password.

The launch of this application by ARMBUSINESSBANK is another step to be available for customers 24 hours a day.
