In Nor Nork in 2017 1 square meter cost 237,000 drams, and in 2016 - 254,200 drams.

In Avan last year 1 square meter cost 251500 drams, and in 2016 - 261700 AMD.

In 2017 in Erebuni 1 square meter cost 240100 drams, and in 2016 - 252400 drams.

There was also a fall in prices in Shengavit. Last year, the price of 1 square meter was 244600 drams, and in 2016 - 257700 drams.

In Davtashen last year the price of 1 square meter was 257,000 drams, and in 2016 - 276800 drams.

In 2017 the price of 1 square meter was 234200 in Ajapnyak, and in 2016 - 251,000 AMD per square meter.

In Malatia-Sebastia last year the price was 233800 drams, against AMD 244100 in 2016.

In general, the average price of living space in Yerevan in 2017 made 265300 drams per square meter against 274900 AMD in 2016.
