At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of "Unibank" OJSC summed up the results of the bank's work in 2017 and presented further development programs. In the reporting year, the bank's assets grew by almost 9.5% to 202.7 billion drams, and its liabilities by 11% exceeded AMD 167.4 billion. The bank's total capital made more than 35.4 billion drams. The volume of credit investments of the bank has increased by 14% - exceeding AMD 135 billion.

In 2017 Unibank has done a lot of work to improve its services. As a result, Unibank occupied leading positions in the retail market, providing over 1,000 credits daily. Today the bank has 360,000 customers and 173 shareholders.

"In the reporting year, Unibank recorded a high- speed growth in all main directions. The record of assets was achieved through the expansion of lending volumes, diversification of the portfolio and improvement of the risk management system. Moody's agency also assessed the Bank's asset quality improvement and raised Unibank's rating up to B2 at a stable outlook. Today, the bank has 360,000 customers and 173 shareholders, which treat Unibank as a reliable partner, "said Gagik Zakaryan, Chairman of the Unibank Board in his speech.

In 2018 Unibank continued its active growth and exceeded the business plan. In the first quarter Unibank provided more than 472 million AMD profit, which will essentially contribute to raising the investment attractiveness of the bank.

"In the framework of Unibank's development strategy, we plan to provide AMD 4 bln profit in 2020 as well as a significant increase in the bank's assets. Particularly, the bank's retail lending market will reach up to 13%, up to 40% on installment loans, and up to 10% on corporate lending. We also plan to increase the number of bank cards from 80,000 to 100,000 per year, "said Unibank Board Chairman Mesrop Hakobyan.
