
The government suggests applying amnesty for fines imposed on unpaid administrative offenses. It's about fines for road traffic violations.
Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan mentioned that the drivers will be discharged from the obligation to pay a fine imposed till December 31, 2017 by a number of articles of the Code on Administrative Violations.
According to him, the amount of amnesty is 13.7 billion drams. About 150,000 people will be exempted from administrative responsibility.
An amnesty will not apply when the driver has violated the following rules: putting sound signals or red and blue light signals on the vehicle, driving the car without registered number, or with a fake or changed number, driving a car drunkenly, for not obeying the stop "signal of a policeman, for not having the CIVOCL coupon.
