State Minister of Artsakh Republic Grigory Martirosyan received Arsen Mikayelyan, Chairman of the Board of "Armbusinessbank" CJSC.

As the press service of the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan informed. Martirosyan attached importance to the close cooperation between the government and the "Armbusinessbank" in the financial system.

The Minister emphasized the role of banks in the development of the economy, noting that the Artsakh authorities are interested in the development of this cooperation.

A. Mikaelyan presented to the Minister of State a recently launched process by which the bank will forgive penalties and fines for hopeless loans of individuals, as well as restore their credit histories. According to Mikaelyan, in the case of Artsakh, legal entities will be included in the program besides individuals.
