According to Ardshinbank CJSC Board decision, Artak Kliment Ananyan has been appointed Chairman of Ardshinbank Board.
Artak Ananyan has been working in financial-banking system since 1998.
During his twenty years of experience, he has worked in the Central Bank of Armenia and has held leading positions in "Armagrobank" OJSC, "Ardshinbank" CJSC.
In 2015-2017 he was the General Director of "Areximbank-Gazprombank Group" CJSC, and in 2017 - the Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Ardshinbank" CJSC. Artak Ananyan will continue to fulfill the duties of acting Chairman of the Bank's Management Board till the day of registration in the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
