On August 22, 2018, the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia discussed the issue of imposing a penalty on "Veolia Jur" closed joint-stock company. The commission made a decision to fine the company in the amount of 10 million drams.

As a result of the monitoring of the 4th quarter of 2017and the 1st quarter of 2018, as well as complaints of citizens and companies, the Commission made a decision on the introduction of a new connection or changing the connection of water supply and wastewater treatment services, taking into account the fact that the Company has already been fined for AMD 5,000,000 (five million) for breach of maximum terms by the decision of N109 A of April 4, 2018, decided to impose a fine of 10,000,000 AMD (ten million).
