"Veolia Water" for the approvement of the application of the Company's Tariffs for 2017-2018 before submitting it to the Public Services Regulatory Commission, PSRC President Robert Nazaryan and other 7 PSRC officials purchased tickets to Yerevan-Paris-Yerevan and took care of the hotel's total cost of 12.6 million drams.

According to the police, on the basis of information provided by the Prime Minister's Anti-Corruption Assistant, it was found out that after the tour, According to the decision of 22.11.2017 , the drinking water tariff was increased by 11,414 drams, from AMD 180 to 191,414, which is compensated by the Government of Armenia by subsidizing. During the tour, the officials were accompanied by CEO of "Veolia Jur" Christian Lefen, his assistant-interpreter Arman Aloev and CEO Marianna Shahinyan.

A criminal case has been initiated on the case.

Besides, it was found out that Gor Grigoryan, Operational Director of "Veolia Jur" CJSC, Karo Ohanyan, Director of "Eastern" branch of the same company, Aram Sahakyan- Director of the "West" branch, being close friends and capable to manage financial means of the organization, with the intention of stealing money in 2017-2018 they organized the functions of purchasing by "Veolia Jur" CJSC, as well as providing construction services, within the framework of which with the companies "EMOSHIN", "SHINMASTER", "GAVAT", "HORIZON", DEL -TELECOM" and other LLC companies founded by their affiliates and actually belonging to them, they signed Contracts worth about 3.7 billion drams at a price higher than the market price, established in Armenia, in the framework of which by fraudulent execution acts and other abuses they embezzled money in particularly large amounts.
