Recently, a number of media outlets reported that RA second President Robert Kocharyan is a co-owner of Ardshinbank.

The press service of Ardshinbank CJSC officially states that neither Robert Kocharyan nor its affiliates have ever been the owners of Ardshinbank's shares.

To confirm the above mentioned information, the Bank is ready to present a corresponding reference to the Bank's shareholders from the Central Depository of the Republic of Armenia.

Shareholders information, as well as reports on the Bank's activity approved by international audit companies are publicly available and are placed on the Bank's official website www.ardshinbank.am.

Being one of the largest taxpayers in the financial and banking system, Ardshinbank is the only private company in Armenia that has issued Eurobonds in international capital markets and has a reputation from international reputable rating agencies equal to the rating of Armenia.
