A standard table of International Reserves and Foreign Currency Liquidity has been developed within the framework of the Special Data Dissemination and aims to assess the foreign currency position and liquidity of member countries, Central Bank of Armenia reports.
If international reserve assets are requirements for non-residents, the international reserves and foreign currency liquidity charts include foreign currency requirements and liabilities for residents and non-residents. It also includes the planned flows of these assets and liabilities for a year.
The table is drawn up both on balance sheet and off-balance sheet data of the Central Bank and outward flows of the government. The standard chart of International Reserves and Foreign Currency Liquidity consists of four sections presented in the form of separate charts. The first section presents the country's foreign currency assets, in the second and third sections- the forecasted and conditional cash flows in the short term (both outflows and inflows), and the fourth section contains reference articles for additional information.
