“In the Investigation Department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, from May 8 to October 19, 30 criminal cases were opened against corruption and economic crimes. According to preliminary data, the state budget of Armenia was damaged in the amount of 20.650.170.556 drams, of which 12.816.436.091 AMD has already been restored,” the head of the Investigative Department of the RA National Security Service, colonel A. Aghajanyan informed, Mediamax reports.
According to the site, the investigative department and the operational units of the National Security Service of Armenia consistently carry out all the necessary measures provided by law, to identify all the crimes committed and the persons who committed them, and to fully restore the damage caused to the state, legal entities and citizens of the crimes committed.
