It is noted that the value of the transaction of 12.05 million shares is not reported.

However, it is known that at the time of closing of the auction on the Moscow Stock Exchange, the package cost was 62.5 billion rubles or $ 1.02 billion.

After the transaction, VTB's share in the authorized capital of Magnit decreased by 17.28%. Till the deal it was 29.1 %. The package was bought by VTB in February 2018 for 138 million rubles.
