Sberbank lowers the mortgage minimum interest rate from June 9 to 9.4% for all customers and up to 9.1% for those who receive their salary with the bank card, said Herman Gref, the head of the credit organization.

He also noted that "Sberbank" will reduce the basic interest rate to 8.7% by the end of the summer for the first time. The growth of the mortgage portfolio in 2017 provided 50% of retail loans, the bank's head added.
