"Mortgage rates continue to decline. Now the product is accessible even at 9.57%. This, of course, is higher than 7-8%. Against the backdrop of the fall in inflation, we expect the mortgage interest rate to decline too. The mortgage will become more accessible, and, as it is the case, the interest rate will be 7-8%, "said Elvira Nabiullina, Head of Central Bank of Russia.
