Ukraine's Security Service has detected a scheme to circumvent sanctions against Russian payment systems, the Security Service of Ukraine press service reported.

It refers to the Contact Transfer system. It has recently posted information on the Ukrainian money transfer service to its website, Kommersant reported.

Contact system is classified in the Qiwi group, which till 2013 had been owned by Tyme's financial company.

Tyme had been carrying out transfers to Ukraine.

As a result of the Security Service investigation, the National Bank of Ukraine withdrew the Tyme Payment International System License.
