Google plans to launch a separate search engine for China in which the government will impose restrictions on citizens.

They will not be able to use certain resources and web services. Thus, the Internet giant intends to return to the market which it had left 8 years ago, Reuters reports.

This initiative has begun after China's authorities have strengthened their control over companies that are partnering with American companies. In general, US-China trade relations remain tense.
