Alexei Kudrin, head of the Accounts Chamber of Russia, made a statement saying that the country's economy will again have to adapt to sanctions if they are introduced.

According to the official, Russia is already accustomed to the existing restrictions.

“Enterprises have adapted. The new wave of sanctions can be much tougher than it is now, ”he said.

In his opinion, large imports of technology to Russia in manufacturing industries make the Russian economy sensitive to sanctions from the outside.

“Unfortunately, any new sanctions will cause new shocks and the need for new adaptation,” he said.
